I appreciate the reply. I just found my first pre-war find today, a 1942 wheatie 4 inches deep in my backyard. Just got the detector and I’ve been watching every MD video on you tube including yours. Very cool!

All you have to do is put alittle dish soap in it with about a quarter of the bottle of hot water and a scoop of sand. Then just shake it like crazy.
